She was namely recognized for co-founding the UAE Nursing & Midwifery Council in 2010.
At the Department of Health- DOH- UAE, Dr. Aline assumed the roles of-o Chair of the Nursing CME Scientific Committee o Licensing Examination Officero Co-developed Clinical Practice Guidelines o Co-chaired the committee for Clinical Staff Licensing
At the Ministry of Health – UAE, Dr. Aline assumed the roles of-o Member at the Clinical Practice Guidelines Committee and the Quality Council o Clinical Assessoro Auditor for “MOH Hospitals- Clinical Assessment Projects”
She has trained and coached over 2,300 Leaders.Dr. Aline organized, chaired, directed over 200 International conferences, has several publications, serves as an Editorial Board Member of Leadership and Scientific journals. Dr Aline is an International Advisory Council Member of the Human Health Education and Research Foundation.
